This connection is required for the\nplugin to do anything \u2014 without it, there is no chatbot.<\/p>\n\n<p>What the plugin does:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>When the chatbot is enabled, the plugin adds a small loader script,\n  https:\/\/widget.whisperchat.ai\/embed.js, to the pages you select. The\nChatbot ID you enter is passed to that script so it knows which chatbot to\ndisplay.<\/li>\n<li>When a visitor opens and uses the chat widget, their messages (and any\ncontact details they choose to provide, such as name, email, or phone) are\nsent to WhisperChat's servers in order to generate AI responses and, where\nenabled in your WhisperChat account, to capture leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>No visitor data is sent until the chatbot is enabled in the plugin settings and\na visitor actually interacts with the widget on the selected pages.<\/p>\n\n<p>This service is provided by WhisperChat \/ Terabits Technolab.
