Installation
- Upload
wm-workout-managerto the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- After activation, you’ll be redirected to the Workout Manager welcome screen.
- Add exercises via Exercises in the admin menu.
- Create workout plans using the Workout Plans menu.
- Use the shortcode
[wm-workout id="123"]to embed a workout on any page or post.
