Go to **FormYar Forms** in your WordPress admin. 2. Click **Create New Form**. 3. Add fields using the **Add Field** button. 4. Configure field settings in the modal. 5. Adjust form settings and notifications. 6. Copy the shortcode `[fmyar_form id="123"]`. 7. You can delete entries at any time. No modifications have been made to the library’s core functionality. ### External services This plugin connects to the Google reCAPTCHA API to protect forms from spam and abuse. This service is only used when the site administrator has explicitly enabled reCAPTCHA in the plugin settings (FormYar Settings) and has provided their own Google reCAPTCHA API keys. #### Google reCAPTCHA v3 **What the service is:** Google reCAPTCHA is a free service provided by Google that helps protect websites from spam and abuse by analyzing user interactions and generating a risk score. **What data is sent and when:** When reCAPTCHA is enabled and a visitor submits a form, the following data is sent to Google: – A reCAPTCHA verification token generated by the browser – The site’s reCAPTCHA Site Key (provided by the site administrator)– The visitor’s IP address (automatically included by Google’s API) The verification request is sent to `https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify` only at the moment of form submission. The Google reCAPTCHA JavaScript library is loaded from `https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js` on pages where a form is displayed. **Why it’s used:** To verify that the form submission was made by a human and not by an automated bot, protecting the site from spam. **Service provider:** Google LLC – Terms of Use: https://policies.google.com/terms– Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy **Note:** If the site administrator does not enable reCAPTCHA in the plugin settings, no data is sent to Google and no external script is loaded. ## Installation 1. Upload the `formyar` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu. 3. Go to **FormYar Forms** to start building. ## FAQ ### Is it free? Yes, FormYar is free and open source. A Pro version with advanced features is coming soon. ### Does it support Persian language? Yes! FormYar has built-in Jalali date picker and full RTL support. ### Can I export form entries? Yes, export all entries to CSV from the Entries tab. ### Is it GDPR compliant? FormYar stores data locally in your WordPress database. You can delete entries and files at any time. ### How many forms can I create? Unlimited forms in the free version. ### Is there a field limit?
