I just used this plung-in to transfert the featured images of one of my client site from wp.com to wp.org. I worked perfectly. I almost didn't try it because of the last comment but don't listen to it as it worked like a charm on a WordPress version 5.2.3

This plugin is not working. Only one post exported and no featureed images. And will also not work if the old site is not available or when you are working from localhost.
